MJI is acting as your agent on the express condition that MJI shall not be responsible to you or any of the parties you are booking on behalf of for any damage, loss, expense, cost, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned by or in connection with the Services, whether based upon or resulting from any act, omission, negligence, strict liability, default or willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct of any independent travel companies, operators or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the Services.
Cancellation Policy* I am aware of Momentum  Journeys cancellation policy.
Momentum Journeys Inc. cancellation policy is as follows:



Momentum Journeys very strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance which will cover trip cancellation.



All sales are non-refundable and non-changeable.  However, in the event of a change or cancellation, we will do our best to deal with suppliers to make the change or cancellation at minimum cost to you, subject to our $200 per person handling fee.



Limitation of Liability & Travel Disruptions Momentum Journeys Inc. shall not be held liable for any additional expenses, losses, or costs incurred resulting from travel disruptions, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other Force Majeure events. While primary responsibility for such disruptions rests with the service provider or insurer, Momentum Journeys Inc. is committed to assisting our clients. We will provide all necessary supporting documentation to facilitate reimbursement claims with airlines or insurance providers.
